The information below answers some of the questions we are frequently asked. Asthma Clinic Q: How often will I be seen? A: Annually Q: On what days are clinics held? A: Weekly on a Friday mornings between 8.30 and 11.00 am Q: Who will I see? A: The Practice Nurse and possibly either Dr Williams or Dr Taylor Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Clinic Q: How often will I be seen? A: Annually Q: On what days are clinics held? A: Monthly on a Friday morning, 8.30 and 10.50 am Q: Who will I see? A: The Practice Nurse and if necessary either Dr Williams or Dr Taylor Heart/Stroke Clinic Q: How often will I be seen? A: Every 6 months Q: On what days are clinics held? A: 6 month reviews are held every Tuesday morning, 8.45 - 11.45 am. Annualreviews are held every Tuesday morning, 8.30 - 10.50 am Q; Who will I see? A: Practice Nurse will see you for your 6-month review. Either Dr Scott or Dr Merrifield will see you for your annual review Diabetic Clinic Q: How of often will I be seen? A: Every 6 months Q: On what days are the clinics held? A: 6 month reviews are held on Thursday mornings, 10.50 - 11.30 am & Thursday afternoons 1.00 - 4.00 pm. Annual reviews are held on Thursday mornings, 8.30 am - 10.40 am Q: Who will I see? A: A Practice Nurse will see you for your 6 month review. A Practice Nurse & either Dr McGrann or Dr Hepworth will see you for your annual review Hypertension (High Blood Pressure) Clinic Q: How of often will I be seen? A: Every 9 months Q: On what days are the clinics held? A: Monday & Thursday mornings, 8.30 - 11.45. Each appointment will last 15 minutes Q: Who will I see?
